Abdolmannan Rakhshani (عبدالمنان رخشانی), also listed as Abdulmanan Rakhshani, was a Baloch man from Zahedan. On Bloody Friday, 8 Mehr 1401 (30 September 2022), security forces opened fire on worshippers and protesters near Makki Mosque and the Great Mosalla. Independent tallies place him among the dead of that massacre.
