Mohammad Amin Takoli

Mohammad Amin Takoli (Persian: محمدامین تکلی, also transliterated Takali) was a twenty-eight-year-old bodybuilding athlete and coach killed in Tehran on Thursday, 31 Shahrivar 1401 (22 September 2022), in the opening days of the Woman, Life, Freedom uprising.

Persian Wikipedia, Persian memorial calendars and community memorials record that a tear-gas canister struck his head and face at close range, causing fatal brain trauma. Amnesty International's 2026 report on victims of crimes against humanity during the uprising lists Mohammad Amin Takali as age 28 with a fatal incident in Tehran dated 30 September 2022; this memorial keeps the 22 September / 31 Shahrivar date given by FA Wikipedia and the memorial calendars, and adopts Amnesty's age. Iran International's second-anniversary list names him among Tehran's earliest protest dead that week.
