Pegah Ghavvasiyeh
Pegah Ghavvasiyeh (Persian: پگاه غواصیه; also written Ghavasieh or Gavasieh) was a young woman from Shiraz in Fars Province. The Women's Committee of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) describes her as 19 years old, kind by nature and longing for a life free of oppression; the Iran Human Rights Society's consolidated list and an earlier list by the same women's committee give her age as 21.

On 14 Aban 1401 (5 November 2022), during the Woman, Life, Freedom uprising, she joined a protest in Shiraz. According to the NCRI Women's Committee, security forces attacked the protesters and struck her repeatedly on the head and neck with batons, injuries that took her life. The committee says the authorities refused to hand her body to her family, using it as leverage against her grieving relatives, who were kept under pressure and intimidation to prevent public mourning. Iran HRM wrote on 23 November 2022 that baton blows to her head and neck had caused her death, that security forces had not handed her body to her family and that a member of the family was in detention.
Maria (Mahsa) Ghavvasiyeh, whom the Shahidan Ghiyam memorial describes as her cousin, is recorded in the same lists as killed in Shiraz on the same day.
The Iran Human Rights Society's consolidated list records her as killed by baton blows to the head on 14 Aban, while its list of 662 (no. 240) gives shooting by security agents. Persian Wikipedia's table of the 1401 dead (no. 524) lists her on 14 Aban, and the NCRI's Persian list (no. 393, 14 Aban) and English list (no. 394, 5 November 2022), English Wikipedia and German Wikipedia (which notes that she was beaten to death and her body seized) also record her.
