Abbas Aminzadeh
Abbas Aminzadeh (Persian: عباس امینزاده; also recorded as Aminizadeh) was a 43-year-old man from Sadeh Lenjan, a small town near Zarrinshahr in Isfahan Province. During the nationwide protests of January 2026 he was shot directly in the chest by government forces in his hometown. Hengaw Organization for Human Rights and the local memorial account Sedaye Isfahan date his killing to Friday, 9 January 2026 (19 Dey 1404); a post that circulated his photo with that of a fellow townsman gives 18 Dey.

Hengaw verified that two other men from Sadeh Lenjan, Abdullah Adibi and Hossein Barati, were killed there in the same crackdown; Hossein Barati was shot in the head. The Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA) confirmed his death in its documentation of the winter killings, and his name also appears, as Abbas Aminizadeh of Sadeh, on the fatality list attributed to the presidential office that Tirdad Nameh published.
