Hassan Pourahangarian (Persian: حسن پورآهنگریان; also known as Amir Pourahangarian) was a thirty-year-old from Chalus on the Caspian coast of Mazandaran.
On Thursday, 8 January 2026 (18 Dey 1404), during the nationwide uprising, he went into the streets looking for his younger brother, who had joined the protests. On Golsorkhi Street in Chalus he was struck by two gunshots to the heart and neck and killed.
Iran International's Javidnaman memorial records him as Hassan (Amir) Pourahangarian, age 30, killed in Chalus on 18 Dey. Iran Massacre's Chalus person index lists him among the city's dead. A memorial post by Farzad Seifikaran likewise places the shooting on Golsorkhi Street while he was searching for his younger brother.
