In the protests of November 2019, 2022 and late 2025, he gave shelter to wounded protesters in the parking lot of his home.

On 19 Dey 1404 (9 January 2026), during the nationwide protests, he was carrying a wounded protester on his shoulders to that parking lot for care when he was shot by security forces and lost his life. His body was returned to his family three days later.
