Ehsan Souri was a 44-year-old rebar worker from Malayer in Hamadan Province.
On Friday, 19 Dey 1404 (9 January 2026), during the nationwide protests, he was shot at close range by security forces between Imam Square and Zandiyeh Square in Malayer and lost his life.
