Farzad Talebi (Persian: فرزاد طالبی) was a 28-year-old man from the Qahnavieh neighbourhood of Mobarakeh in Isfahan Province. He held an associate degree in electrical engineering and ran an interior decoration business.
On 19 Dey 1404 (9 January 2026), during the protests, he was shot in the side from the roof of the governorate building in Mobarakeh. His brother and a friend carried him, wounded, through the armed forces who were firing at vehicles, and got him to Mobarakeh hospital, but he died of his wounds. His body was moved to Bagh-e Rezvan in Isfahan, and his relatives were not allowed to stay with it.
After four days the body was handed over to his father, who had to give written undertakings. He was buried in the Qahnavieh cemetery under heavy security, with armed forces present. The PMOI/NCRI list of 450 additional names records Farzad Talebi, 28, Isfahan-Mobarakeh.
