Khodadad Sarlak Chivaiyi (Persian: خداداد سرلک چیوایی) was a man from Isfahan. His father's name was Mohammad.

He was killed on Friday, 19 Dey 1404 (9 January 2026), in the Zeynabieh neighbourhood of Isfahan, when government forces opened fire on people during the nationwide protests. One report places his death a day earlier, on Thursday, 18 Dey. A local Isfahan volunteer account reported his name together with those of Mohammad Masoumi of Zeynabieh, Alireza Mousavi and Behrouz Bigdeli.

Reports differ on his age: one memorial account gives it as 28, while the Javidan Iran memorial records him as 42. HRANA lists him among its confirmed victims in Isfahan, and his name appears in the list of the dead published by the government in February 2026.

He was laid to rest in Bagh-e Rezvan Cemetery in Isfahan, plot 53, garden 11, row 12, grave 28.
