Nasir Nasiri (Persian: نصیر نصیری, also reported as Naseer Nasiri) was a Kurdish man from Rostamabad in Gilan Province who was in Tehran during the January 2026 nationwide protests.
On the evening of Thursday, 18 Dey 1404 (8 January 2026), he was shot by government forces during protests in Tehran and died at the scene. Kolbarnews verified his identity together with two other Kurdish men killed in Tehran that night, Omid Saedi (39, from Sanandaj) and Arsalan Ghahremani (26, from Cheshmeh Sefid near Divandarreh). Kolbarnews also reported that the authorities demanded large sums of money from the other two families before releasing their bodies.
Witness Report records him as a Kurdish citizen from Rostamabad shot dead in Tehran on 8 January 2026, and Iran International's Javidnaman memorial lists him among the Tehran dead of that crackdown.
