Sara (Darya) Ebrahimi was a mother who lived in Tehran. She is remembered by her given name Sara and also as Darya. Her memorial stone records that she was born on 23 Esfand 1359 (14 March 1981), the daughter of Shir Mohammad.

Iran International and the Javidnaman memorial project record that she was killed in Tehran on 19 Dey 1404 (9 January 2026), during the nationwide protests known as Bloody Dey of 1404, by the Islamic Republic's security forces. On the fortieth day after her killing, mourners laid flowers on her grave.

Iran Human Rights Monitor (Iran HRM) documented surveillance footage from the Naziabad area of Tehran in which she is pursued by security forces, falls to the ground, and is kicked in the head and face by a plainclothes agent, while another person strikes the back of her head with a machete. Relatives told Iran HRM that she was taken to hospital and died from severe hemorrhage and traumatic brain injury, that her body was moved without prior notice to Behesht Zahra cemetery and buried at night, and that the family faced pressure to remain silent and to accept an official narrative.

State-aligned media such as Tasnim later circulated a conflicting account that attributed her death to "rioters." Independent sources outside Iran, including Iran International and Iran HRM, place responsibility on regime security forces.

Some secondary outlets later claimed she died of her injuries in early February 2026. Her gravestone, Iran International's fortieth-day report, and the Javidnaman entry support 19 Dey 1404 (9 January 2026) as the date of death. She is buried at Behesht Zahra in Tehran (section 328, row 78, plot 9).
