Arman Gorjian Bahmaei (Persian: آرمان گرجیان بهمنیاری), also listed as Bahmanyari or Bahmiyari, was a 19-year-old Lor school student from Baba Meydan in Rostam County near Nurabad (Mamasani), Fars Province. Iran International reported that he was preparing for the national university entrance exam that year and, like his brother and sisters, hoped to become a doctor. Three years earlier his family had moved from Baba Meydan to Nurabad so the children could continue their education.

Protests in Nurabad began on 14 Dey 1404 (4 January 2026), and according to Iran International he stood in the front ranks of the protesters from 14 to 18 Dey. Worried for his safety, his family took him back to Baba Meydan on 18 Dey (8 January 2026) to attend a memorial gathering, but protests formed in the village that night as well. Government forces entered Baba Meydan at about 8:30 pm and opened fire. At about 8:45 pm, at the spot known as the Baba Meydan junction, a live round entered the left side of his body, tore through his heart and lungs and exited on the right. Hengaw Organization for Human Rights likewise verified that he was killed by direct fire from government forces. His father was the first to reach him. Three other people were wounded by live rounds that night and others by pellets; they avoided hospitals for fear of arrest.

Villagers and young protesters guarded his body in the Baba Meydan morgue day and night so that it could not be taken away or hidden. His funeral on 21 Dey (11 January 2026) drew large crowds from Baba Meydan, Nurabad and nearby towns and was accompanied by protest chants. Hengaw reported that on 28 Dey (18 January 2026) seven of his relatives and fellow villagers, among them Saeed, Milad and Ramtin Gorjian, were arrested and that their whereabouts were unknown for days; Iran International says relatives were held for about a week to ten days and then released on bail. At his fortieth-day memorial on 23 Bahman (12 February 2026), people planted a pine sapling at the junction where he was shot. Iran International describes him as the first person killed in the Mamasani protests of 18 Dey.

Witness Report records his parents as Ali Rahem and Mahzar, and the Iranian government's own published list of January 2026 dead includes him as Arman Gorjian Bahmiyari, son of Ali Rahm. Iran International's Javidnaman memorial gives his age as 18; Hengaw and Iran International's later reporting give 19, which this memorial follows.
