Mehdi Aghahosseini (Persian: مهدی آقاحسینی, also written Agha Hosseini), 26, lived in Tehran. Iran International's Javidnaman memorial places his killing in Aryashahr, in western Tehran, one of the districts where security forces opened fire on crowds during the uprising.

Hengaw verified that he was shot dead with live ammunition by Islamic Republic forces during the Tehran protests on Friday, 19 Dey 1404 (9 January 2026), and listed him with Amir Hossein Javadzadeh among civilians killed that day. Iran Pedia's list of the Tehran dead gives the same date, while the Javidnaman memorial records 18 Dey. Other young men killed in Aryashahr in those nights include Mostafa Sharifi Shahrivar.
