Mohammadreza Abdolrahmanzadeh (Persian: محمدرضا عبدالرحمنزاده; also Abdulrahmanzadeh) was a sixteen-year-old Kurdish boy from the village of Patehvir in Salmas County, West Azerbaijan.
On the night of Friday, 9 January 2026 (19 Dey 1404), during the nationwide protests in Tehran, he was killed by direct live fire from government forces. Kurdpa and Witness Report place the shooting that Friday night in Tehran; the Kurdistan Human Rights Network recorded the death on 18 Dey in the same city cluster. Hengaw likewise named him among Kurdish civilians, including a child, killed in Tehran and Shahr-e Rey.
His body was first taken to Qom. KHRN reported that it was handed to the family on 30 Dey 1404. He is counted among the child victims of the Dey 1404 crackdown.
