Mousa al-Reza Akbari (Persian: موسی‌الرضا اکبری), recorded in the government's list of the dead as Mousa al-Reza Akbari Garz, son of Mohammad-Hossein, was from Sabzevar in Razavi Khorasan Province.

On Friday, 19 Dey 1404 (9 January 2026), during the protests in Sabzevar, he was shot by government forces. Hengaw verified that he and Sajad Ordouni Kabir were killed in the city that day by direct fire with military weapons, from close range according to informed sources, and listed them with Abolfazl Paydar of Sabzevar and Mohammad Amin Hosseini of Mashhad. HRANA lists him among its confirmed victims.

His sibling wrote after his death: "My brother was shot and we couldn't get him to the hospital." A video recorded about an hour before he was shot was later shared in his memory, calling him the pride of Sabzevar, the land of the Sarbedaran.
