Fardin Fuladi was a Kurdish resident of Eslamabad-e Gharb (Shabad) in Kermanshah Province. Hengaw Organization for Human Rights verified that on Thursday, 8 January 2026, he was shot and killed by Iranian government forces during protests in the city, together with Shirzad Balayi.
Informed sources told Hengaw that the two men’s bodies were buried on Saturday, 10 January 2026, at Cheshmeh Khani Chikan Mansouri cemetery after families resisted state pressure to seize control of the remains. Hengaw linked these killings to the same Shabad crackdown that also killed Holako Eivani and later Amir Ali Jalilian.
