Record & remembrance

Dates, places, sources, and messages — the same details as the full profile, kept on this page.

Matin Khosravi (Persian: متین خسروی), 24, was a Talysh young man from Talesh (Hashtpar) in Gilan Province.

During the Dey 1404 uprising he joined the street protests in Talesh. According to Hengaw, on the evening of Friday, 19 Dey 1404 (9 January 2026), he and another Talesh resident, Mahmoud Farajnia, were killed in the city by direct live fire from government forces. Iran Pedia's list of the Gilan dead gives the same date, while Iran International's Javidnaman memorial records 18 Dey.

Hengaw identified him a week later among ten people killed in Gilan and Mazandaran, including Abbas Keshavarz and Ershad Shahbazi.
