Milad Mianehkhah Monfaradi (Persian: میلاد میانه‌خواه منفردی; also recorded as Miyanehkhah / Miyaneh Khah Monfaredi) was born on 22 August 1996. He was 29 years old and from Bandar-e Anzali in Gilan Province. He had played for the youth teams of Malavan Bandar Anzali, had recently been accepted into a rowing program, and worked in drywall and plasterboard installation (kanaf-kari). Iran International and Witness Report describe him as an athlete whose life mixed sport, work, and hope for a future that was cut short by a direct gunshot.

On the evening of Friday 19 Dey 1404 (9 January 2026), he went into the streets in the Ghaziyan (Qazian) area of Bandar-e Anzali, near the Imamzadeh, to join the protests and to help the wounded. Around 9 pm, security forces opened fire. Witness Report says a bullet struck him in the heart. Friends first hid him in a nearby house, then took him to a clinic. Iran Human Rights, citing his aunt Maryam (Maria) Mianehkhah Monfaradi, says he died at that clinic; Witness Report says the bleeding was so severe that he died before he could be properly treated. Protesters then hid his body in the maternity ward so that security forces would not seize it. Many hospitals had been ordered closed that day to keep injured protesters out.

His family faced pressure when they recovered the body. Officials demanded a written pledge against a public burial, filming, or media contact, and tried to record the cause of death as a drug overdose. His aunt said a civil-registration officer instead recorded the true cause as a gunshot wound. Iran International reported his killing on 3 Bahman 1404, and Hengaw listed him among verified dead in Gilan and Mazandaran.
