Sam Rezaei (Persian: سام رضایی; also spelled Rezayi) was a young man from Shiraz in Fars Province. Witness Report gives his age as 21 and his birth year as 2005. Iran Pedia's Fars province roster of the Dey 1404 dead records him as 20. Both place his killing in Shiraz during the nationwide protests.

Witness Report describes a video from Shiraz in which a young man is wounded in the throat and chest after being hit with a pellet gun by security forces, then taken to Pars Hospital. Reports say he later died of those injuries, and that the face in the video matches photographs of Sam Rezaei. Witness Report dates the death to Thursday 18 Dey 1404 (8 January 2026). His social media, according to the same report, showed that he supported a constitutional monarchy. The NCRI/PMOI list of additional martyrs also records his name among those killed in the January 2026 crackdown.
