Kurdpa records that he was born in Bukan on 12 Esfand 1349 (3 March 1971) to Rahim and Halimeh, making him 51 or 52 at his death; an early Hengaw report gave his age as 65. Ghafour Moloudi (Persian: غفور مولودی) was a plumber and father of three from Saholan village between Mahabad and Bukan. Kurdpa records that he was born in Bukan on 12 Esfand 1349 (3 March 1971) to Rahim and Halimeh, making him 51 or 52 at his death; an early Hengaw report gave his age as 65. His son said the bread he earned with his own arms "was like clear water and smelled of honor."
On 26 Aban 1401 (17 November 2022), after returning from the funeral of Salar Mojaver in Bukan, he was shot at close range by plainclothes agents in an unmarked car. Kurdpa reports that more than 100 shotgun pellets struck his chest and heart and that he died in hospital because the arteries of his heart were torn. Forensic officials orally gave the cause of death as gunshot.
The prosecutor and forensic office pressed the family with a written undertaking to bury him at night without mourners, but in keeping with his own wishes he was buried in Saholan on 27 Aban with a large crowd present. The family held his seventh-day and fortieth-day ceremonies despite repeated threats from security bodies. Hengaw named him among five Bukan residents killed by live fire that evening, together with Amjad Enayati, Hiva Janjan, Mostafa Shabani and Hezhar Mam Khosravi.
